Maextro Bot

Introducing a new entry point to your Maextro requests. Utilising the Maextro bot you can easily create Maextro requests without accessing an SAP system. Simply populate your data into a spreadsheet and submit via e-mail. Using iRPA services, the Maextro bot will then create the request and apply business rules and logic behind the scenes, which then feeds into the rest of your Maextro process as normal. Bluestonex are JOSCAR Registered

Bluestonex are pleased to announce that we are now JOSCAR registered. JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information. Using JOSCAR can determine if a supplier is “fit for business”.

MythBusters Webinar

Bluestonex recently organised a webinar in which we debunked some of the myths surrounding the SAP Business Technology Platform. We also wanted hand out some helpful tips and insights into the SAP jargon, architecture and where you should start.

Bluestonex launch BPX

Bluestonex have launched Business Partner eXperience, the portal that helps clients collaborate with their external business partners (customers/vendors) by ensuring data such as addresses & banking data are governed and fit for purchase.

The platform also enables data exchange such as questionnaires and surveys as well as capturing compliance data needed within the enterprise. The BPX platform can also take unstructured data such as email or images and interpreting and integrating them into other systems used downstream (examples of such are sales orders and invoices).

Bluestonex BPX is powered by Maextro and the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Design Thinking Promotion

Bluestonex are offering new customers half day design thinking workshops free of charge. Customers can choose from different stages of design thinking such as the explore phase (exploring a problem or opportunity) through to design (prototyping).

Workshops will be run remotely via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
