In addition to maintaining strong relationships with current clients, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, ensuring that our customers are aware of and have access to the full range of our innovative solutions. You will also facilitate feedback collection and collaborate closely with our product and development teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
•Targeted Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow customer accounts, focusing on expanding market share within existing accounts.
•Whitespace Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify untapped opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on these areas.
•Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, ensuring customers benefit from the full range of our innovative solutions.
•Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and work closely with product and development teams to address needs and enhance the overall user experience.
•Account Planning: Create and execute detailed account plans for key customers, outlining goals, strategies, and actions to achieve growth objectives.
•Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring their needs and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed.
•Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
•Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform account strategies and drive continuous improvement.
