Senior SAP Technical Support Consultant
This exciting & challenging role will join our company and work closely with our Maextro consulting team(s) and SAP BTP innovation teams. You will be responsible for managing our service desk from our Indian Office (Aurangabad). You will be responsible for managing all tickets and incidents. The role will be responsible for all support agents & must be well versed in technologies and functional areas.
These objectives are directly linked to increasing growth & capabilities within our organisation.

You will also be responsible for responses to our customers and ensuring communication and SLAs are met with the utmost professionalism.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
o Have a good understanding of SAP technology in general.
o Understand our software packages in detail which will cover:
o Working with both Maextro Team & SAP BTP Teams (other applications):
o ABAP first- & second-line fixes
o oData first- & second-line fixes
o SAPUI5 first- & second-line fixes
o SAP BTP first- & second-line fixes
o Ensuring our documentation for knowledge transfer for support purposes are all up to date.
o Have a good understanding of SAP functional processes (but we will upskill the right individual).
o Ensure other members in the support team are mentored to the skill required.

o A bachelor's degree in computer science.
