SAP BTP Automation & AI Developer
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This role will join our SAP BTP team on exploratory/discovery workshops, projects and work with Bluestonex product teams using many different techniques. Our consultants, start with people - the end users, business leaders and process owners who live with enterprise system technology every day. By understanding their real challenges, behaviours and goals first, the right solutions emerge faster, with less risk and far higher adoption.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will become an SAP BTP Automation & AI Developer focusing on BTP R&D and Product Design within our SAP Apphaus & SAP BTP Teams. You will be key to Product Development/R&D/Projects/Customer Success and ongoing support.
SAP BTP Automation & AI Developer
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Generative AI app development on SAP BTP using GenAI Hub (AI Core)
• Build intelligent apps and workflows using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP HANA Cloud.
• Integrate SAP Business AI Services (e.g., Document AI).
• Expose and consume AI services via OData/REST APIs.
• Apply CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native practices for deployment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP AI services and SAP Build Process Automation.
• Coding in Python (AI/ML) and Node.js (BTP apps).
• Understanding of machine learning, NLP, and generative AI.

OTHER COMPETENCIES – Recommended
• SAPUI5 development
• SAP certification in SAP BTP or SAP Build or SAP Business AI
• Familiarity with hyperscaler AI/ML services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to LLM integration and intelligent chatbots.
• Agent creation using SAP/Non-SAP technology
• Added advantage - RPA development using non-SAP tech
