We're one of only 19 SAP AppHaus Network partners worldwide, and one of two in the UK, pushing human-centred design and co-innovation as far as it'll go. As SAP Gold Partners and certified BTP experts, we help organisations get the full value out of their BTP investment. And through Maextro, our master data platform, we help some of the world's biggest names get their data governance right, for good.
We're proud to be SAP Gold Partners, but we didn't stop there. We've earned our place in the SAP BTP Next Level Program, a distinction usually reserved for platinum partners. We didn't wait for the title, we earned it, building a document processing solution in just 10 days using SAP Build. That's the kind of speed and skill we bring to every BTP engagement, and it's proof of what we're capable of, not just a badge on a page.

Since we were founded in 2012, we've prided ourselves on pivoting to bring our customers the latest innovations in technology and methodologies. From humble beginnings to offices around the globe, here's our story so far...
We were always obsessed with 'user experience' but back then we called it different things. The founders have lived long in the frustration of ERP systems and played a lot with user interfaces whilst trying to educate on carving out the most value from enterprise software.
It's easy to get sucked into following the fashion and not trying to break the mould. We found the challenge a tough one but believed in what we did. The feedback from customers confirmed what we believed in. A few small wins but Design thinking, Innovation and UX was going to be here for a long time.
We started growing the company slowly but surely…carefully nurturing what we had started by investing in people (the right people). A new breed of SAP consultancy with a flair for design & a touch of pragmatism. We strived to bring these two sometimes contrasting skills to the SAP market. It is working. It is growing.
Our Innovation office in the UK began. Sometimes developing on old technology but delivering a new user experience. A unique and simple solution to a very complex problem. ‘Don’t take this the wrong way but it is too simple’ was one comment. We thanked them very much for their observation.
We move into new areas of digital innovation and new industry sectors using design thinking to break down the barriers. We continue to grow our team and embrace new digital SAP technologies.
Our new design and innovation centre ‘The Church Offices’ in the heart of Shropshire. A refurbished old baptist church with the space, light and architecture to inspire customers and developers when working alongside us.
New technologies emerge around user experience and we are on top of it. Whether it be plug and play UX in the cloud or on premise we can deliver our new UX transformation via ‘Blueskyx’ our new service offering.
Cloud services are booming and Bluestonex are here to help customers get more from cloud services. We are one of very few partners offering a PMC model (Partner Managed Cloud).
We are very proud to announce that Bluestonex have been invited to join the App Haus network in May 2020. We are one of 10 global locations part of a global network of innovators/designers. Then came along COVID-19 which hurt every business in our domain. We have had to become even more agile and now offer our services via a new remote design thinking workshop methodology with the support of SAP and our new AppHaus network members.
In July 2021 Bluestonex were awarded gold partnership by SAP for continuous commitment in delivering software and services to our clients. Although COVID-19 is still here, the industry has adapted using different methods to deliver high value software and consulting. During this time, BSX have created new solutions via the SAP Business Technology Platform.
In 2023, Maextro surged ahead with a groundbreaking upgrade, integrating low-code UI5 enhancements into its platform, revolutionising user experience and operational efficiency. Meanwhile, Bluestonex expanded its global footprint, with an expansion and refurbishment of their office in Aurangabad, This strategic move underscores Bluestonex's commitment to fostering innovation and driving impactful solutions on a global scale.
In 2024, Bluestonex expanded into Poland with the opening of new offices in Katowice. Over the year, we have also dedicated significant time to advancing our AI capabilities, both by developing innovative, AI-driven product concepts based on real customer use cases and by retrofitting our existing solutions with AI and Generative AI technologies.
Bluestonex releases Maextro Cloud, built on BTP for Multi ERP (public and private editions), the first true SaaS solution for data governance and data quality, enabling customers to subscribe to a no-code and AI-infused solution.
Educating customers and working together on real use cases, we are navigating the transition from isolated, predictive machine learning models to pervasive, generative AI embedded across the entire portfolio. This new era focuses on agentic AI, in which systems can reason, act and automate.
