AI Exploration Workshop

Finding Real AI Value for your organisation

It's estimated that 80% of AI projects fail. This workshop is built to make sure yours isn't one of them, by helping you find the right use case to swiftly prove the value of AI in your organisation.

Start Small. Prove It Fast.

Real value beats a five-year roadmap. This workshop gets you one properly tested use case, chosen with your business, ready to act on this quarter.

Built on the same Design Thinking method behind everything we deliver: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test. Business problems first. Technology second.

How we run the workshop

Participants: 3 to 25, department leads, IT, project sponsors, and AI specialists

Duration: 1 day face-to-face (recommended), or 2 half-days virtual

Where: At our AppHaus in Shropshire (recommended), virtually, or on-site with you

Before we start

Introductory Session

A 60 to 90 minute session ahead of the workshop, introducing participants to what AI can realistically do in a business context, and agreeing which part of the business to focus on.

Empathise

Identify what's actually worth improving

Participants bring real challenges from their own areas. Kept specific, not merged into vague themes.

Define

Explore where AI genuinely fits

The room works through which challenges AI could realistically help with, and builds real scenarios for how that would work.

Ideate and prototype

Define the use cases properly

Each promising idea gets written up as a full use case, the business case, the technical reality, the ethical considerations.

Test

Compare and prioritise

Every use case gets weighed on real value and real complexity. The room agrees together on what's worth doing first.

Progress

Agree the next steps

Before anyone leaves the room, we agree concrete actions: what happens, by when, and who owns it.

Our workshop space

This workshop runs out of our dedicated AppHaus space, a converted church in Oswestry, Shropshire, built specifically for this kind of work. Conference rooms, a usability lab, and an open collaborative space designed for the way a Design Thinking session actually moves, not a borrowed meeting room with a whiteboard wheeled in for the day.

Your takeaways

No wave goodbye. No PDF nobody opens.

A use case worth acting on

Chosen properly. Real value this quarter.

A documented business case

Written up, not just ideas on sticky notes, the business case, the technical view, the ethical considerations.

A defined next step

A scoping session, a prototype, or straight into AI Adoption & Enablement. You leave knowing what happens next, and who owns it.

A partner ready to go further

Support, deployment, the same people who scoped it, there for the next step. Your call, not ours.
