The Solution – Returns Application

The application allows users to scan delivery barcodes or item barcodes on pallets to locate deliveries. If barcodes are unavailable, users can search by date, customer, or shipping point. It features a simple item display screen for selecting items and assigning new SLOCs, supports batch and quantity splits, and updates deliveries in the SAP backend, including posting goods receipts.

The Solution – Returns Monitor

This app monitors all deliveries processed by the Returns app, showing quantity differences recorded in the system. It helps decide whether to remove billing blocks and process deliveries to create credits or debit memos for returning customers.

The Solution – Scrap App

This app facilitates the scrapping of main items or their components that have been approved.
