Bluestonex at UKISUG Connect 2026: Our Sessions, Workshops and Where to Find Us

UKISUG Connect is the biggest date in the UK and Ireland SAP calendar, and this year is a busy one for us. From 29 November to 1 December 2026, the Bluestonex team will be at the ICC Birmingham with two customer speaker sessions, two hands-on workshops and our own stand.

Whether you want to hear how other SAP customers are getting results, try out new ways of working with AI, or talk through a project of your own, there are plenty of ways to catch us across the three days. You will find us at stand G6 throughout the event, with plenty going on, including LIVE AI use-case demos and a chance to win a data audit for your company – perfect to help contribute to your AI success!

Here’s everything we have planned.

Hear from Our Customers: Speaker Sessions

The best way to understand what SAP projects can achieve is to hear it from the people who run them. This year, two of our customers are taking to the stage in the Data & Analytics stream to share their stories.

Glanbia’s Data Quality Journey: Building an Autonomous Enterprise with Maextro and AI Innovation

Monday 30 November | 11:35 to 12:15 | Hall 10B

Glanbia wanted to get the most from its S/4HANA investment, and quickly found that success depended on the quality of the data running through its business processes. Stiofan O Cearuil from Glanbia and Richard Henry, our Commercial Director, explain how Glanbia used Maextro alongside AI-driven rule discovery to speed up data governance, and how that work is laying the foundations for an autonomous enterprise.

Innovate Now, Migrate Later: SHS Group’s No-Code Approach to Master Data

Tuesday 1 December | 13:00 to 13:40 | Hall 10B

SHS Group’s data team is taking ownership of its master data. Jason Lecky from SHS Group and Jakob Harrison from Bluestonex share how the team is extending its master data processes into new areas, starting with customer and vendor data, using Maextro’s no-code configuration screens. The business designs its own data templates, decides what good data looks like and sets the rules itself, without waiting on SAP GUI transactions, custom development or IT change requests. If you are weighing up when to tackle data ahead of a move to S/4HANA, this one is for you.

Get Hands-On: Two Workshops

Talks are great, but some ideas land best when you try them yourself. This year we are running two interactive workshops.

SAP AppHaus Human + AI Co-LAB: A Best-Practice Approach to Conceptualising Autonomous Scenarios

Sunday 29 November | 13:00 to 17:30 | Hall 11B

Agentic AI is one of the biggest topics in SAP right now, and many organisations are still working out where to begin. In this half-day workshop, Dan Barton, our Co-Founder, and Karen Detken from SAP help teams shape the requirements for their first agentic AI initiatives.

Working together, you will pick out the tasks where AI agents could add the most value, weigh up what is feasible and what the risks are, and bring business and IT perspectives together into a solution concept. You will leave with a clear, shared starting point for your first autonomous scenario.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop: Culture and Skills Ready for AI

Monday 30 November | 15:00 to 17:00 | Hall 11B

The AI technology is already here. The question is whether your people, skills and processes are ready for it. In this two-hour session, Dan Barton and Sam Evans, our UX Designer and QA Lead, use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to help SAP teams explore that gap.

The format is simple: build, explore, act. You build a model of how AI could change your business, talk it through with the group, and leave with a set of guiding principles to take back to your team. It is a surprisingly effective way to bring out ideas and concerns that rarely come up in a standard meeting. Find out more about the method in our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® guide.

Come and See Us on Stand G6

Between sessions, our team will be on stand G6 for all three days, and there is plenty happening there too.

  • Live AI demos. See real AI use cases running in SAP, and talk to the people who built them about what it would take to do the same in your business.
  • Win a data audit. Enter our prize draw for the chance to win a data audit, a practical review of your master data to show how ready it is to support AI and where to focus first.

Bring your questions, your plans or your biggest SAP headache. These are the conversations we expect to have most:

Plan your move from PI/PO to Integration Suite

SAP’s standard support for SAP Process Integration and Process Orchestration (PI/PO) ends in 2027, and for most organisations the next step is SAP Integration Suite. We can talk through what a migration involves, how long it takes and how to get the most from it along the way. Our PI/PO migration guide and our explainer on SAP Integration Suite are a good place to start.

Get more from SAP BTP and AI

From extending SAP without touching the core to putting AI agents to work, we help organisations build on SAP BTP in a way that lasts. Ask us about use cases, prototypes and how to keep consumption under control.

Get your master data ready for S/4HANA and AI

Clean, governed master data sits underneath every S/4HANA move and every AI project. See Maextro in action, and find out how organisations are fixing their data before it becomes a problem.

If you would rather book a time in advance, get in touch and we will set up a meeting at the stand.
